| Myrtle | This Wild Garlic Yarg cheese was made possible thanks to the knowledge of botanist Myrtle Brisley, and as such has been named after her. Wild garlic leaves are foraged and wrapped around this delightful mushroomy, yet lemony fresh cows milk cheese. Matured for five weeks before sale. Sold by weight in cut wedges of varying sizes. |
| Audrey - UNAVAILABLE | The second collaboration cheese with botanist Myrtle Brisley, the green marbling of this cows milk cheese comes from a very unique culture - Morbol fruit! This cheese is delightfully creamy, similar to a cheddar, but with a wonderfully sweet, tangy taste to it. (Think pineapple!) Sold by weight in cut wedges or half wheels for entertaining. |
| Merrick | This Whisky Washed Raclette cheese came following a chat with Knight Dragoon Merrick Deveraux. This karakul milk cheese is washed every two days in brine with whisky for the first ten days of the aging process, then every three for the rest.This delectable cheese leaves a slight bitter after taste, and pairs well with thinly sliced cuts of karakul, and green veggies. Sold by weight in cut wedges or half wheels for entertaining. |

Occupation: Cheese maker, would-be-adventurer (she's trying to learn how to fight).Bio: Anais grew up just south of Ishgard, on her family farm. Her parents were farmers and cheese makers, and Anais grew up helping out and learning the craft. When the Calamity struck, the farm was pretty well reduced to a shell of it's former glory. The livestock had perished, and like so many others who where displaced, the family came to Ishgard. Not content with her lot, Anais decided that enough time had passed for moping. She rebuilt the home and farmstead, cleaned out the cheese making room and storage caves, and got back to work. She's made a name for herself in Ishgard already, and her parents have even come out of early retirement to get back to what they loved doing. Anais has recently purchased more hardy karakul and cows who can withstand the weather in Coerthas, just on the border of the snow and the Shroud. Most recently, Anais has decided that she wishes to learn how to be an adventurer of some sort - to help protect her friends most of all, and because everyone gets to have fun when she doesn't! It isn't going swimmingly, but, she will get there.Hooks:
Feeder: Obviously, are you hungry? Call in to the kitchen and shop and get fed. You'll probably be given whatever she's testing out that day in exchange for feedback.
